These Terms govern the provision of floral design, event floristry, wedding bouquets, venue decoration and related services by Veltrionuk to its clients in the United Kingdom. By placing an order or accepting a proposal you agree to these Terms.
- Agreement: Services commence when a signed proposal or deposit is received.
- Quotations: Valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
- Payment: Terms shown on proposal; outstanding balances due before delivery or as agreed in writing.
- Liability: Subject to statutory rights, our liability is limited as described below.

Consumer rights — UK (GBR)
For consumers in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations and other statutory rights apply. The following summarises key points:
- Pre-contract information must be provided — we include key details in proposals and order confirmations.
- Cancellation and refunds: where the regulations apply, consumers have specific rights (see cancellation below).
- Services fully performed at consumer's request within the cancellation period may carry different rules — we will confirm in writing.
This summary does not replace statutory rights. If you wish to exercise a statutory right, contact us via contacts.html.

If you need independent advice about your rights in the UK, visit citizensadvice.org.uk or contact Trading Standards.
Cancellation, changes and refunds
Bookings may be amended or cancelled in writing. Our cancellation policy (examples):
- More than 30 days before event — full refund of deposit (less any non-recoverable supplier costs).
- 15–30 days — 50% refund of total quote.
- Within 14 days — *** refund (event-specific supplies and labour often irreversible).
Specific cancellation terms appear on each proposal. These terms reflect typical working practice and the need to procure seasonal blooms and supplier services.

Deposits secure the event date and cover initial purchases. Refundability is set out in your agreement.
